SHIPPING POLICY​

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.

Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. 

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created. 

 

Once the package leaves our shop, unfortunately delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. For UPS please call (800) 742-5877. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email or text message.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your product please contact us at info@gypsophila.essentials.com and we will get back to you in 24 hrs and do our best to assure your satisfaction.

​

We will replace items that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@gypsophilaessentials.com within 7 days of delivery.
